| All aircraft (including gliders) may not operate within the lateral boundaries above the ceiling of Class C airspace upwards to 10,000 ft. MSL without an altitude reporting transponder. (FAR 91.215.4) | Gliders are OK without transponders at or above 10,000 ft. MSL and below 18,000 ft. MSL. |
